Collaborative In-Person Meeting - Lebanon 

Join Acumentra Health/HealthInsight Oregon and your peers for this in-person session for the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative. This is a valuable opportunity to collaborate with fellow nursing homes, as well as to hear some of your peers present on successful quality improvements they have implemented.

Objectives:
This session will prepare participants to

• Identify one topic for future application of the PDSA process in their own nursing home.
• Propose one strategy to improve incontinence quality measure scores.
• Propose one strategy to promote staffing engagement.

Who should attend:   Members of the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative and their healthcare teams.

Continuing Education credit:  Approval for CEUs for nursing home administrators is pending.
