Fundamentals of Meditation - Balance, Intuition and Stress Relief - Part I & II

Two Class sessions, from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm on both Mondays, Jan. 25th and Feb. 1st,  will focus on techniques that make it easier to get to the meditative state, reviewing scientific benefits, meeting your spirit guides, tips to enhance your home practice, and developing your intuitive nature, in a safe and protected environment. Diana will give psychic readings to class participants as time permits.
