- Course books will be mailed in advance (up to 6 days prior to the class date), review of the book is HIGHLY recommended as passing grades are not guaranteed.

Option 3: Classroom instruction, lunch and exam (book is NOT included). Cost: $190
Option 4: Exam only (recommended only if you are confident with the ServSafe content). Cost: $135
