Unconscious Bias Workshop 

In an evolving society where the workforce and customer base has changed significantly, it is essential for organizations to understand and demonstrate the impact of Unconscious Bias on organizational behavior, employee productivity and engagement and economic potential.

During this interactive workshop, we will explore the impact unconscious bias in:
  • Decision-making,                                                                               
  • Building inclusive teams and cultures,
  • Intercultural communications,                                                            
  • Increasing employee engagement, and                                            
  • Introducing strategies to mitigate it's impact.                                      
Who Should Attend?

Executive Directors and Program Managers, Human Resource Personnel, Counselors, Educators, Heads of Departments/Divisions and Individuals who are interested in developing a better understanding of themselves, their decision-making approach and what makes them and their organization "tick.".

About the Presenter - Bart Bailey 
 
With more than two decades of management, supervisory, and training experience, Bart Bailey has dedicated his professional career to helping others overcome obstacles. He has focused his career on developing and improving employee motivation and safety behavior, change management, and community relations.


Mr. Bailey has trained numerous employees in the area of implicit and unconscious bias and helped facilitate training for employees on constructive culture and Lean thinking.

The cost of the event includes the training and continental breakfast for pre-paid attendees.

Nonprofit PGC will not be accepting cash or checks the day of the luncheon.

You may register on-site, however pre-registration is recommended. Breakast cannot be guarenteed for on-site registrants.
