MMW In-Person Meeting 

September 26, 2016

Dear MMW Coalition Member, 

The next MMW Coalition meeting will take place on Monday, September 26, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Michael A. Bilandic Building in downtown Chicago. The meeting will be held on the fifth floor in Room C500 and the first presentation will promptly begin at 9:30 a.m. We will be providing light refreshments in the morning with lunch on your own.

At the meeting we will feature discussions and presentations on:

  • Medicare & Medicaid Updates 
  • Health Insurance Marketplace Open Enrollment Updates
  • MMW Advocacy Issues
  • Panel of Experts Providing Tips On: 
         -Working with a variety of client populations
         -How to ensure that your outreach and counseling services are        
          accessible to individuals with disabilities
         -Helping clients access needed services

Please note that this is a government building, so everyone must go through security. To enter, you will need a photo ID the day of the meeting and not have any belongings that could be considered a weapon (for example, pepper spray, pocket knife, etc).

This meeting will be fragrance free/scent free to protect attendees with sensitivities or allergies to fragrances and products that emit scents. Therefore, please refrain from bringing or wearing natural or artificial scents or personal fragrant products (fragrances, colognes, lotions, powders, or other similar products) that are perceptible to others. We appreciate your cooperation in making this an accessible event for everyone.
