Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative Celebration 

Come celebrate the accomplishments of the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative since April 2015. The audience will be all nursing homes in the collaborative and interested stakeholders.  We will share progress the collaborative has made compared to the rest of the nation. Nursing homes will present their quality improvement projects and we will outline the next steps for the collaborative through 2018. We will celebrate the accomplishments of your team and the broader collaborative and get energized in this all-teach, all-learn environment where you glean ideas for the next 18 month collaborative.
