What is Auflauf?
Auflauf is the German word for casserole, or as Minnesotans call it, “Hot Dish.”
The Auflauf Cookauf is a hot dish competition in which TCGIS community
members enter their best casseroles to compete to win the coveted Best In Show
Trophy. The three categories include: German Traditional, American Traditional, and International. Community members try a small serving of each entry to award a “People’s Choice” winner. There is also a Kids’ Buffet for the little ones with pickier palates.

New This Year: The Auflauf Carnival
The Kids' Buffet will be served first, then kids are free to go upstairs to the Auflauf Carnival to enjoy games for small prizes. Carnival Tickets will be CASH ONLY the day of the event, so please bring a few dollars for the carnival. Tickets will be 4 for $1, and games will cost just 1-2 tickets each.
Games include: Bean Bag Toss, a Fishing Game, Guessing Games, a Cupcake Walk and MORE!
