Tools for Business Problem Solving

This workshop will outline methods to define a problem as opposed to dealing with its symptoms. 

We will discuss concepts utilized in differentiating between symptoms and the root of the symptoms which is usually the problem. We will discuss how to analysis the importance of solving the problem, the desired benefit of solving the problem, how to determine the support and resources needed to resolve the problem, how to create an action plan, and finally how to measure your success.

We will discuss three case studies: identifying the symptoms, the problem, analysis the problem, and develop an action plan for each business scenario.
