This informative workshop will focus on:
- How the communication gaps, that often exist between generations of customers and employees impact your sales and productivity
- The diversity between generations
- How to best accommodate the different generational communication styles
- Become aware of generational values and what motivates each generation to make decisions as a customer or an employee.
- How to interact with social diversity in the workplace
