Meet our panelists:

 Christina Harris Schwinn, Partner at Pavese Law Firm . Primary practice areas include employment and business law. Previously, she served as a General Counsel for two large human resource outsourcing companies where she managed legal and legislative affairs and oversaw HR. Ms. Schwinn serves in numerous leadership roles.  To name a few: for Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida, Inc. (“JA”) and SHRM SWFL, Inc.  Schwinn has a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a Master of Laws in Employment Law from Atlanta’s John Marshall School of Law. Schwinn has received numerous awards, including the Michaeline A. Doyle Volunteer Leadership Award from the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations in 2001, Robert F. Krinock Outstanding Senior Award while in law school, JA’s 2014-2015 Over-the-Edge Achiever Award, and JA’s Lifetime Achievement Award for 2015-2016

 Sarah Relch, MHR, CIR, SHRM-SCP Human Resources Manager and Consultant  at  Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company, P.A.  Sarah graduated from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and from Framingham State College in Framingham, MA with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources. Additionally, she holds a SHRM-SCP (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification as awarded by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) as designated by Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS). Originally from Boston, her career in Human Resources spans 27 years in a variety of industries.  Sarah has experience with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and DISC® Behavioral Profile and TriMetrix® which are valuable tools that can assist companies with candidate assessment, team building, and developing leadership skills. Sarah’s other areas of expertise include:  Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Employee Communications, Workplace Investigations, Employment Manuals, Effective Hiring, Policy & Procedure development, Employment Law & Compliance, Training, and Compensation & Benefits Design.  As an active member of the national and local chapters of SHRM, her goal is to help organizations maximize their human capital assets in order to be a leader in their field of business.

Emcee: Dave Elias, Chief Political Correspondent for WBBH NBC2 NBC 2 Investigator Dave Elias joined the investigative unit in August 2012. Dave brings more than two decades of experience to the team covering nearly every story imaginable in that time. Dave served as an investigator on the West Virginia Media I-Team. He joined a team of five reporters assigned to investigating stories and exposing alleged corruption in the mountain state for WTRF-TV, WOWK-TV, WBOY-TV, WVNS-TV all part of the network. In 2009 Dave gained national recognition for his reporting by uncovering details that lead to two Ohio Police Chiefs being arrested for plotting a break in at the home of the surrogate mother for famed actress Sarah Jessica Parker. National news agencies later relied on Dave's reporting throughout the later trial. During his tenure Dave has interviewed President Barack Obama in Ohio. Dave's aggressive style of reporting has taken him to Washington, D.C., and New York City for investigations.
