Intellectual Property Workshop
This workshop will cover the basic intellectual property concepts that small businesses should know. We will spend the majority of our time on Trademark (what is a trademark / what makes a good trademark) and Trade Secret law (how can businesses best protect sensitive information), and we will briefly cover the basic concepts of copyright (how to protect creative works) and patent law (how to protect inventions).
