The Home Builders Association of MS will host a two hour class on Contract Law presented by Cynthia Joachim. The course is approved by the MS Realtor Institute. Course description:                                                                                                                                                               In the brokerage of residential real estate, the rights and obligations of the parties are defined in the contract.  This two-hour course is a contract-law primer that examines commonly used real estate contracts, types of contracts, the elements of a valid contract, and common contract terms.  As a pratical resource, this course reviews common inspections and contingencies as well as ways in which contracts are discharged.
