February 25, 2017 Presbytery Meeting
Please join the Presbytery of WV for the February 25 meeting at First Presbyterian Church in Charleston.
All are invited to attend Overview of the Day: Highlights and What to Expect beginning at 9:15. There is also a morning discussion regarding the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), prior to voting on them in the afternoon. Additionally, a mission fair, with information regarding the ministries supported by the presbytery and its congregations, takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The deadline for advanced registration is FEBRUARY 17. It is vitally important that you register in advance so that meeting materials and lunch will be prepared for you. If you miss this deadline, no printed name tag will be available, and lunch may not be available. You may also contact the presbytery office directly to register or request an excuse. If you, as a teaching elder, or your church will not be attending the meeting, please make sure to request an excuse.
Childcare will only be available with advanced registration by February 10.
