Professional Learning Community:
Educators are invited to participate in the following Early Education and Care and Out of School Time Professional Learning Communities (PLC). During these sessions, educators will participate in reflective dialogue around a specific topic and discuss successes, challenges, and strategies that result in better programs for children in early childhood settings. This is an opportunity to learn from, with, and on behalf of each other as early childhood and out of school time professionals.
PLC Description: In order to provide a quality early education and care program, in any setting, strong business practices and leadership must be in place. In this session, participants will examine the components of effective business practices and leadership strategies and share ways to support growth in these areas.
Resources will include the Program Administration Scale and the Business Administration Scale as well as related resources.
