SCORE has developed a 5-part workshop series that will take you through the basics of starting up a business. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and work with the instructors you'll come away with a good understanding of the specific challenges and pportunities you will face. You will have a financial plan, a marketing plan, and an estimate of the funding you will need to get started. This series helps you evaluate your existing business or new business idea. It also gets you started writing your business plan.

Sessions #2 - #5 will be given on two Saturdays:  

Saturday, July  22 , 2017 - 6  pm until 8 pm

Session #2: Business Concept Development: Key concepts involved with creating a business plan.

Session #3: Marketing: How to market your product or service.

Saturday, July  29 .2017

Session #4:  Creating Financial Forecasts and Reports: Understanding business financials and how they work.

Session #5: Funding Your Business: Sources of capital, financial statements and financial management. 

                                                   Sessions #2-5 must be taken as a group.  

Price is $150 in advance, $175 at the door.  Coffee served at Saturday sessions.
