A New Workshop 

 "Create a memorable customer experience that will transform your business!

            Tuesday May 2, 2017    6 pm until 9 pm. 

In this interactive workshop we will explore ways to create a memorable customer experience to ensure your customers want to come back, spend more with you, and refer you to other potential customers. 

You will learn how to:

  • Anticipate your customers’ needs and preferences

  • Identify every step of the process where your customers interact with your brand

  • Identify your customers’ decision-making touch points.  What do your customers think, feel and see right before they make the decision to purchase or not to purchase?

This workshop will guide you on how to think about your customer processes and map out the customer lifecycle, identifying areas of opportunity to transform your business.  After you complete this workshop SCORE Marketing mentors can help you explore ways to increase your customers’ purchasing levels.

Maria is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience. As a consultant in organizational development and transformation, in the USA and in Latin America, she has led transformation projects for organizational alignment, acceleration of results and organizational efficiency, in industries such as: healthcare, banking and finance, insurance, technology and higher education, for medium and large organizations as well as family conglomerates.

Maria is an innate developer, who throughout her career has designed various tools and methodologies to help plan and implement change more effectively and foster organizational alignment.
