In this FREE presentation, you will get an introduction to Workers Compensation Law in Minnesota.  What is Workers Compensation?  What happens when an employee is injured at work? What information should employers know about wow the system works? 

 Please Note:  The room number is: E2561.  Century College is just north of I-694 and Century.  The entrance is on the north side of the horseshoe road that circles the parking area. There are visitor parking spots. The entrance has two ramps.  Take the ramp on the left that leads to the 2nd floor entrance. The room we are in is to the left of the entrance/eating area.

About David Bateson: 

David Bateson has been a mediator/arbitrator at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry since October of 2015.  He has been an attorney for over 16 years and a large part of his legal practice was litigating workers compensation cases.  He has been a frequent speaker on workers compensation at continuing legal education events and seminars. His work at the Department of Labor and Industry focuses on alternative dispute resolution of workers compensation cases.
