Lance formed Conquest, a digital agency, in 1997.  Conquest saw the changes in marketing trends and converted to an integrated marketing agency in 2015 offering both traditional and digital marketing services with a focus on strong digital capabilities.  As pioneers in this new style of marketing, Conquest has grown to be recognized as an industry leader and has helped clients of all sizes strategize and the implement cutting edge integrated marketing programs.

Lance brings over 20 years of experience in technology oriented marketing and development.  With a degree from UCONN in Engineering and Computer Science and graduate degree with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, his career path led him to work with many aspects of technology.  In addition, Lance has been an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut for over ten years and sits on various boards.
