Developing Your Business Plan

Has everyone told you that you need a business plan, but it seems like a daunting task and you’re not completely sure how to get it done? In this 2-hour workshop, we will demystify the business plan process.

• We’ll discuss why you should write a business plan and what it is useful for. 
• We’ll go through the major sections in the plan, explaining what belongs in each portion. 
• We’ll show you the financial forecasts that belong in the business plan and the supporting data you might also include. 
• Finally, we’ll talk about summarizing the plan into a compelling executive summary tailored to the key audience for your plan, whether that is potential investors, lenders, employees, or other supporters.
