Convention 2017- "The Power of Passion" 

I have made some clarification updates below. Please read through carefully!
 

Sisters,

It is that time of year again to attend Convention for 2017! There will be awesome speakers, workshops, and many more that you can take back with you as an undergrad and alum! This can benefit you while in college and for your careers.

Registration includes 3 nights of stay for Collegiates and 2 nights of stay for Alumnus and IG's right in downtown of St. Louis, Missouri. It is only minutes away from the Gateway Arch, walking distance of shops, nightlife, and many more! Everything is so close by, you do not need to pay for transportation. Sisters will also receive gifts, have meals included, and enjoy our yearly banquet! Meals will include 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, the Banquet Dinner, and snacks. Alums, you will have a sisterhood brunch!

As a reminder, the cost includes hotel as well. You do not need to worry about booking your room as we will handle that. There will be awesome networking. 

Collegiates need to fly in and check-in Thursday Night so that you will be ready to attend Friday's morning start. Alumnus and IG's need to fly in and check-in Friday night.

Attendance requirements are based on CEP points, so will vary per chapter. If you are unsure of your attendance requirement, please contact our Director of Collegiate Services [collegiate.services@deltaphilambda.org] for clarification.

One member of the AME team must attend convention to receive training. 

It is required for ALL sisters to stay at the Holiday Inn and be registered through the sorority. There will be no changes/exceptions to the price given below due to the booking of rooms. If you do not stay at the Convention Hotel, each sister will be charged an additional $119 fee.

Please take advantage of the Early Registration cost! Do not miss the deadline!

Undergraduate Registration

  • Early Registration- $310- May 1, 2017- May 26, 2017
  • Regular Registration- $330- May 27, 2017- June 30, 2017
  • Late Registration- $360- July 1, 2017- July 7, 2017

Alumni Registration

  • Early Registration- $215- May 1, 2017- May 26, 2017
  • Regular Registration- $225- May 27, 2017- June 30, 2017
  • Late Registration- $235- July 1, 2017- July 7, 2017

IG Registration

Note: The cost below does not include hotel stay. You are responsible for finding your own hotel stay. If you would like to stay in the same hotel as us, the cost will be $119 per night/per room plus taxes. Please email the Director of Events if you are interested in staying at the same hotel. 

  • Early Registration- $110- May 1, 2017- May 26, 2017
  • Regular Registration- $165- May 27, 2017- June 30, 2017
  • Late Registration- $175- July 1, 2017- July 7, 2017

Staff Members-A separate form will be sent out for you to register for convention. Please keep an eye out for that.


LATE PAYMENTS AND LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PAYMENT. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOU DID NOT FINISH YOUR REGISTRATION.
