Market.Management.Money.Manatee:  Local Resources for Success    presented by Che Barnett and Chelsea Baker

Manatee County offers a variety of programs and information to help your business achieve its full potential. Che Barnett will share some of the ways that the Redevelopment and Economic Opportunity Department is working hard to serve small businesses. Chelsea Baker will demonstrate library resources that can provide you with the industry trends, demographics and consumer research, and other business intelligence you need to succeed.

Che Barnett is a Redevelopment Coordinator with Manatee County Economic Development Division. Che is a graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport where she earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Her current focus is on delivering a wide range of tools and services designed to help Manatee’s small business community become more competitive and grow.

Chelsea Baker is an Information Services Librarian with the Manatee County Public Library System. She holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is committed to connecting local entrepreneurs with the information and resources they need to succeed.
