About Stefan:

More than a decade long practitioner of mind-body arts including Yoga, Aikido and Iaido - Stefan teaches in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. area.

Stefan strives to create an atmosphere that is welcoming, non-judgmental, but allows us to challenge and explore ones edge, regardless of experience.  He embraces awareness and connection to the environment - that which we occupy on the mat, recognition of the interconnectedness of all living systems, and our individual role in stewardship.

About Donna:

Dancer, Aikidoka, Yogi.  Donna believe that body movement and breathing is the fountain of youth.  Whether the movement is studied, as in ballet, or mindful, as in yoga, or mind-free, as in aikido, the use of one's body feeds the spirit and the soul.  Donna has been teaching aikido in Southern Maryland since 2005.  She also teaches yoga at Southern Maryland Aikido Center and continues to dance and perform with The Studio Cooperative in Waldorf.
