 Overview:   This seminar is an interactive program tailored to answer your collective questions pertaining to online, brick & mortar, and other retail-oriented selling. 

Participants are asked to bring your mobile device, laptop or calculator

 The seminar will focus on subjects important to the participants, which may include some or all of the following: 

• Merchandise selection and assortment strategies
• Inventory management and flow tactics, turnover and budgeting
• Expenses to consider
• Vendor support and compliance
• Sales and seasonal forecasting techniques
• Buy and sell merchandise and make a profit doing it

 Speaker:  Lauren Williams is a SCORE member with experience as a buyer for corporate retail and currently a boutique owner. She has bought categories in women’s and children’s ranging from suiting to children’s toys. She has attended and been a part of trade shows as well as worked directly with vendors, agents, and designers on producing merchandise and negotiating costs.
