Whether you’re just starting out, or in need of fresh ideas to grow your business, the Business Model Canvas is a strategic management template which allows you to visualize the key elements of your business; i.e. infrastructure, customers, financials and your product's value proposition.

Presenter and SCORE Mentor, Bob Kynast, will show how to capture your business elements using the Business Model Canvas; giving you a high level point of view to draft, evaluate and adjust your business model before investing.  Not a full business plan; but a Canvas helps you test new product, program, market or customer group ideas earlier, faster and at less cost.  

Bob was involved in the management of several companies in the machine tool industry over 30 years. He also taught strategic management in the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University for 8 years. Bob has been a SCORE mentor for 13 years.
