2017 CJ Fall Athletic Fee 

The Athletic Fee is due by September 5, 2017. In order for your student to remain eligible to participate in practices and competitions for their Fall sport, the athletic fee must be paid by this date. 

Payments should be made online through this form or the business office will accept cash payments. Your coach will not accept any payments for your student's athletic fee.
