Arnold's career spans more than 40 years, including senior executive positions for Viacom, Paramount Pictures and Hubbard Broadcasting. For 28 years he served as vice president and general manager of the NBC affiliated television station in Rochester, New York, leading a team of more than 100 in all phases of the operation, earning Emmy and Edward R. Murrow Awards. He also assisted clients such as Kodak, Xerox, Bausch and Lomb and the Golisano Foundation in branding and marketing. Over the same period Arnold served in leadership positions with more than 25 non-profit organizations in the fields of higher education, health care, arts and culture, and social services.
Wotts began her career as the development director for Call FM. At PACE Center for Girls, Wotts engages the community and raises awareness for the overwhelming plight of underprivileged and under-resourced girls by coordinating events and creating programs that enable them to rise above their circumstances. Wotts was born in Haiti and graduated from Clewiston High School in 2010 despite facing strong adversity in her home life. She is the sole guardian of her teenage sister with whom she resides in Naples. Wotts is proud to be a mentor and voice for her community.
