In addition to mentoring clients, she develops and coordinates all SCORE workshop programs and engages instructors to conduct them. Her corporate experience includes international operations, technology, information systems, risk management, and large corporate program development and implementation in Asia and Europe as well as domestically.
Irene’s presentations include Year 2000 (Y2K) compliance, Managing International Teams, presenting to a Senate subcommittee, and to the New Jersey governor on Y2K compliance. She was quoted in ComputerWorld, NJ Business News, Investment News, Information Systems, USA Today and was interviewed by CNN on Y2K compliance.
Irene was noted as ComputerWorld’s “25 IT People to Watch” in 1988; “Premier IT Leaders” in 2000; New Jersey Business News’s “26 Intriguing Women of NJ Business”; and the Eric Jenett Excellence Award by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
