Workshop: What is Your Business Worth? 

What is Your Business Worth? This Northwest Indiana SCORE workshop is designed for people who currently own a business, those who want to know how to determine what a business is worth, and anyone thinking about selling or buying a business. Current business owners who are thinking of succession planning to exit their business will also learn how the fair market value of a business is determined.

Presenters:  SCORE member Tim Regnitz has 30+ years of Business and Financial expertise.  SCORE member Bill Herring has 45 years experience with industrial and manufacturing companies and was involved in 9 acquisitions globally.

Coffee will be served.  Each attendee will receive a copy of the slide presentation and will be entered into a drawing for a copy of Guerilla Marketing written by SCORE member Bob Kaden.

Tim Regnitz

SCORE mentor Tim Regnitz served as a regional vice president for a Business Brokerage and Valuation firm for 10 years. In that position he did valuations of businesses for owners to determine the fair market value of the business for possible sale purposes. Tim's group then assisted the business owner in their efforts to sell that business. He is knowledgeable about the 3 approaches used to determine the value of a business. He will discuss these valuation approaches at the workshop.

Bill Herring

SCORE mentor Bill Herring has 45 years of industrial and manufacturing experience.  He has managed operations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia in high-technology, specialty and manufacturing businesses.  He was a corporate officer involved in 9 different acquisitions globally, serving as Senior VP of Manufacturing and Technology and Senior VP of Global Technology.
