Today’s world is constantly barraging us with distractions. Distractions prevent us from staying focused. Lack of focus seriously decreases our ability to be productive.

This program allows participants to analyze their biggest distractors and it provides some basic easy-to-use strategies for getting productivity back on track.

Effective Delegation (1:00-3:00PM)

The truth is the performance of leaders happens through the people they lead. Delegating begins with making sure there is a clear vision of the work others need to perform. Beyond that vision, there are other important aspects of delegating that impact a leader’s effectiveness as a delegator. Communicating who will be leading the work and identifying the degree of decision-making authority others have are critical elements of effective delegation.
