Meet our panelists:
Christina Harris Schwinn, Partner at PAVESE LAW FIRM . Primary practice areas include employment and business law. Previously, she served as a General Counsel for two large human resource outsourcing companies where she managed legal and legislative affairs and oversaw HR. Ms. Schwinn serves in numerous leadership roles.  To name a few: for Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida, Inc. (“JA”) and SHRM SWFL, Inc.  Schwinn has a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a Master of Laws in Employment Law from Atlanta’s John Marshall School of Law. Schwinn has received numerous awards, including the Michaeline A. Doyle Volunteer Leadership Award from the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations in 2001, Robert F. Krinock Outstanding Senior Award while in law school, JA’s 2014-       015 Over-the-Edge Achiever Award, and JA’s Lifetime Achievement Award for 2015-2016

Representative Dane Eagle, District 77, Majority Whip, Florida House of Majority Whip, Florida House of Representatives, Commercial Real Estate Broker, CRE Consultant Dane Eagle was born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida, and was elected to serve his hometown in in the 77th District of the Florida House of Representatives in 2012 at age 29. He has distinguished himself as a highly effective legislator by passing a total of 27 bills through the Florida House, 20 of which have become law and focus on issues as varied as criminal justice, deregulation, and government accountability. He currently serves as Majority Whip and has previously served as Chairman of the Energy & Utilities Subcommittee. Dane received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Florida, and he is a commercial real estate broker in his professional career. He enjoys spending his free time on the beautiful waters of Southwest Florida.
