Class covers the mother's physical and psychological changes, the process of labor, coping strategies for labor and delivery and post partum. Includes booklet to take home and continue online learning. Tour of Women's Health Pavilion included. Your primary support person is encouraged to attend. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks.
