One Day Birth Preparation - February 17, 2018

One day class covers the mother's physical and psychological changes, the process of labor, coping strategies for labor and delivery and post partum. Includes booklet to take home and continue online learning. Tour of Women's Health Pavilion included. Your primary support person is encouraged to attend. Please bring a packed lunch for this class.
