Mr. DeRoode is the Co-Founder and Director of PPCLOAN, Inc.  He started the original company in 1998 in Chicago and moved the headquarters to The Woodlands, TX. PPCLOAN, Inc. is a nationwide commercial loan originator for acquisition financing primarily for Allstate Insurance Agency’s, Investment Advisors, either operating as RIA’s or through a program such as Ameriprise Financial, Federal Express Routes, Independent Insurance Agency’s, Dentists, Veterinarian’s and CPA’s. He retired as Chairman and CEO of PPCLoan.com, LLC and Professional Practice Capital, LLP 12/31/2015.

Prior to starting Professional Practice Capital, LLP in 1998 Fred was employed in the banking industry since 1974 and served in a variety of managerial capacities developing expertise in Private Banking, Commercial Lending and Marketing.

Aziz has over 13 years of banking experience, primarily focusing on SBA and Commercial Lending.  He has been with the Bank since 2011.  Prior to joining Wallis State Bank, Mr. Rahim worked for United Central Bank as an SBA/Commercial Lender with duties including underwriting and loan closing.  Aziz received his BA from California State University San Bernardino and his MBA from University of Redlands.  He is currently active within numerous communities giving presentations on SBA and Commercial Lending.
