A solid business plan is essential to gaining access to capital and to truly understanding your business today and in the future.

This Business Plan workshop will walk you through the steps needed for most business plans.  It will help remove the confusion and fear and allow you to get started on your business plan today by providing sample questions to answer about your business.

The workshop will give you valuable and powerful tools to help guide you.  Of special importance is the uniquely crafted Business Idea Feasibility Test.  Other tools will guide you through marketing techniques including the confusing world of digital marketing (e.g., Search & Social Marketing).

Be prepared to leave with more confidence in your ability to write an effective business plan.

Panel Discussion: A bankers' panel will introduce the different services and programs available to small business owners and start-up entrepreneurs. They will answer questions and give business advice on how to avail these services and programs by their respective companies.

At the end of this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to meet SCORE certified mentors who are readily available to provide FREE and CONFIDENTIAL mentoring.
