Guest Speaker and Representative-Andy Seeto with the Small Business Administration ("SBA")
Andy is a life-long resident of the Central Valley, born and raised in Fresno, CA. He graduated from CSU Fresno with a B.S. Degree in Business Finance. Andy has over 18 years of business lending in originating loans under the SBA loan programs and other Government Guaranteed lending programs. Since 2009 to 2014, he worked in the SBA's Fresno Commercial Loan Service Center. Currently, Andy is a Lender Relations Specialist, District International Trade Officer, and SCORE Liaison for the SBA's Fresno District Office which covers 15 Counties in the Central California and Central Coast region.
