During this seminar we will review each of the 9 boxes in the Business Model Canvas and begin the process of constructing a preliminary plan. We will discuss the challenges and ptifalls with traditinal business plans and discuss why start-ups, educators and investors are adopting the Business Model Canvas.
Presenter: Chris Banakis has an extensive background in sales, marketing, new business development and strategy. He currently operates a boutique business an technology advisory firm that focuses on smart grid and distributed energy resource technologies.
