SCORE presents this workshop for start-up businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. The top line revenue is very critical to the existence of your business therefore must be taken very seriously.

Sales revenue brings life to your business therefore growing your sales is criticial especially to a start-up business.  This workshop will let you identify the various factors that will help boost and sustain your sales.  We will cover:

  • Product/Service distribution channels
  • Choosing the right sales approach and model
  • Developing the sales and customer service model
  • Picking the right people for your sales team
  • Compensating and motivating your sales team
  • Sales measurement and benchmarking
  • Choosing CRM tools

The participants will have the chance to meet other entrepreneurs and share experiences at the end of the workshop. SCORE certified mentors are also present and ready to provide FREE and CONFIDENTIAL mentoring.

Adam’s varied experience in business, startups and franchising has given him the expertise to help entrepreneurs. Over his 20 year career, Adam has founded three successful companies on two continents. Adam loves starting businesses because of the excitement, flexibility, and upside that they bring.  Mr. Goldman’s professional credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of California Berkeley.
