Purpose: To enhance community growth by delivering Mentoring and Business Education services to minority and women-owned business.

Session 1: Manage Your Sales Pipeline (9:45 – 10:45 am)

  If you build a business with a great product or service and no one knows about it, does it really exist? Many critical ingredients go into the mix to establish and grow a profitable business. One of these critical ingredients is sales. Hate it, tolerate it, or love it, sales are critical to your business. Just like any other mission-critical part of your business, your sales process requires planning, organization and deliberate execution. This session will give owners/founders/entrepreneurs in any industry a framework and tools for immediate use to supercharge their sales process.
