This two hour workshop is designed to educate Business Owners and Entrepreneurs who need to raise funds from external lenders (SBA/Banks, Venture Capital) to finance their business operations. This workshop is for businesses in start-up, continuing or growth phases.
In this workshop you will learn about:

Speaker's Bio:
Rajiv Gupta, SCORE Mentor, has 40+ years of (US and European-based) experience with multinational/international corporations as well as small businesses in the areas of business management, finance, marketing/sales, business mergers/acquisition (buy side and sell side), joint venture formation, currency hedging contracts and valuation of technology in both B2B and B2C markets in the USA, Europe, Middle-East, Asia and Africa.
As Hold-Separate Trustee for the US Federal Trade Commission and the European Mergers & Acquisition Task Force overseeing business divestiture he oversaw the divestiture of Solvay's Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) business to 3M. PVDF materials are used extensively in the wire/cable and chemical processing industries.
He currently teaches international and B2B marketing and sales at the University of Missouri St. Louis and advises businesses.
