Businesses fail because they run out of cash.
There are some obvious reasons for cash flow problems but there are also some that go unnoticed until it is too late.
In this workshop, we will discuss the most common reasons why businesses fail. We will discuss some best practices (using your company’s financial information) that you can implement in your business to help you prosper instead of failing.
