Each day we are involved in negotiations at our work place and in our personal life when we try to influence others to achieve personal and professional objectives. We negotiate with our family on where to go on vacation or with our kids over who will cut the lawn, often without recognizing these situations as negotiations. As a result, we may not handle them as effectively as we should. This workshop will discuss how to identify these situations and manage them more effectively by applying negotiation principles to them.
