Brief Bio and Current Affiliation: Scott Messer is a human resource professional who has worked with regional, national and international organizations (food service to tech) in the area of employee relations. He served as a certified (Florida state) mediator aiding in resolution of over 100 employment related federal discrimination charges. Also as an independent consultant, he has coached small business owners in employee engagement, retention, and performance management. Currently Scott is a business mentor with North Coast SCORE.
