Arnold Klinsky, Klinsky Consulting, Arnold career has been in the broadcast industry, including holding senior executive positions with Viacom, Paramount Pictures, and Newhouse Broadcasting. for 28 years he was Vice President and General Manager of the NBC television station in Rochester, New York, Leading the organization in all phases of the operation and earning Emmy and Edward R. Murrow Awards. Klinsky has been inducted into the New York State Broadcasters Hall of Fame. More recently he served as a "community Fellow" for an Upstate New York College's center for Community Engagement, Lecturing on Crisis Management.
CAROLYN (CAT) TIEGER, Founder and Principal TIEGER PUBLIC AFFAIRS Carolyn Tieger, a Washington D.C. communications veteran, is considered one of the top public affairs strategists in the country when it comes to tough legislative issues, corporate and industry crises, litigation, and issues management. She spent four decades in the nation’s capital, serving Congress, the White House, international public relations firms (Burson-Marsteller and Porter Novelli), and as an owner of her own business.
Ursula Pfahl, a native of Germany, began her career in higher education, as a college professor and university administrator. Her responsibilities included university relations, fundraising management, the university’s events and the supervision of the academic support services.The move to Naples provided the opportunity to transition from academia into business, most notably the fine jewelry retail business.For 15 years, Ursula was the VP Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Yamron Jewelers. Upon the sale of that company, Kathy Bigham offered Ursula a new opportunity with Bigham Jewelers.Ursula has happily served as Bigham Jewelers’ Vice-President of Business Development for the past five years.
Vicki Tracy is the Executive Sales Director of the Arlington of Naples which is a Lutheran Life Community. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She came to Naples in 1978 when she came to visit her grandparents and never left. Vicky has multiple degrees from Central Michigan and the University of Michigan. Vicki has a long history of volunteerism in Collier County, having been one of Bill Barnett’s original volunteers in the Child Advocacy Program, and a former Guardian Ad Litem. Vicki served in many leadership and board roles in a variety volunteer and philanthropic endeavors, with a specific focus on children and seniors. Having raised millions of dollars for “her town”, she is often called upon when a “get it done” person and cheer leader or a chairperson for an event is called for. Vicki’s name is always at the top of the list when a leader is needed. When calls come for a senior in need of care or a referral she goes into overdrive as her passion for Senior’s remain her priority. She is the daughter of Darlene Thomas, single mother of 5 children, and married to her devoted husband Steve.
