How do you get your organization through the “uncharted waters” of today's turbulent environment?  How can you rapidly focus your team on developing action plans to address a specific issue?

Attend this workshop and learn how you can use The Navigating Your Future planning model to help your organization face the future with confidence.

Built around the assumption that strategic plans have to anticipate change to be truly strategic, this approach has proven to be adaptable to almost any issue where a group has the need to focus, develop and align with a forward-looking, actionable plan in a timely manner.

We will show you how to deliver a solid strategic plan, founded on sound business principles while incorporating innovations to cope with the ever-changing business environment.
