Does Customer Service Make a Difference?

According to the 2016 Microsoft “State of Global Customer Service Report”, 61% of consumers now view customer service as “very important” in their choice of and loyalty to a brand.

Learn what you, as a small business owner, can and should do to leverage the increasing importance of customer service as a differentiator.  There are many things that you can do that will not break the bank. Remember the rule of thumb: it costs 7 times more to get a new customer than to retain an existing one.

There is a registration fee of $15 for this workshop but you can bring one guest for free.
