Suzan Dick is the founder of Level 10 Strategies, an HR consulting and executive coaching firm. She previously held executive-level positions in the financial services and public sectors, playing a leading role in fostering a positive culture and garnering organizational recognition. Suzan holds a BS in Business Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Texas A&M School of Law.
