Lean 101 / Continuous Improvement

Work Shop and Hands-On Simulation  This one day, Team based simulation takes participants through the foundations of Lean/Continuous Improvement highlighting both the concepts and practical use of the tools.  Participants get to see and feel the impact of these tools in a fast paced manufacturing environment.  For your influential Front Line and Group Leaders who are not yet convinced of your Lean/Continuous Improvement culture shift, this very realistic production simulation is ideal.

Attendees will learn about, experience and begin to apply:    5S, 8 Sources of Waste, Batch Reduction, Cellular Flow, Kaizen Events, One Piece Flow, Process Lay Out, Pull/Kanban, Quality at the Source, Quick Changeover, Point Of Use Storage, Root Cause Problem Solving, Standard Work, Takt Time, Team Dynamics, TPM, Visual Controls
