Prior to becoming a franchise owner and consultant, Rick worked in the healthcare field and practiced law. After realizing that, as an attorney, he could not achieve his goal of helping others achieve theirs. Rick entered the franchise consulting industry to pursue that goal – and hasn’t looked back. As a Vice President of FranNet, Rick was responsible for reviewing more than 1000 franchised businesses to determine which might present the best opportunities for our clients. This responsibility provided Rick with an unmatched familiarity with the franchising industry – and great insight to share. Rick has shared this insight dozens of times as a guest speaker.
In addition to attaining his law degree with highest honors, Rick earned a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College. Rick has been a Big Brother in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization for more than 20 years, and proudly served as a medic in the US Army Reserves.
