We all know that appreciation and acknowledgement of those who help us is important in all aspects of our lives, and yet in the workplace we struggle with gratitude the most. Clark W. Hill, General Manager Hilton Naples  During his 42-year career in the Hospitality Industry, Clark has opened three hotels and has managed five. He has been general manager of the 4-Diamond Hilton Naples featuring Shula’s Steak House since opening in February, 2000. Clark’s community involvement includes serving as a member of the Tourist Development Council and as a member of the board of directors for various human services, civic, and not-for-profit organizations

Gail Markham, CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE, CFP, Founding partner of Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company  Gail graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland College of Business and Management and is the founding partner of MNMW.  She holds multiple certifications and accreditations supporting her extensive experience in litigation services, mediation, and forensic accounting, and has earned multiple national, state, and local awards and recognitions. She is a firm believer in giving back to the community.  Gail makes an effort to know her family, friends, clients, and team members, and finds unique ways to share her appreciation to all.    

Bill Daubmann, Co-Owner of My Shower Door is the founder and co-owner of MY Shower Door and D3 Glass in Ft Myers. Originally from Springfield, MA, he is a former professional Ice Hockey referee, having worked in the AHL for 10 seasons. Along with his wife Donna and sons Keith and Doug, they have grown their business from the original family members to a staff of 96. Since their inception in Naples in 2003, the Daubmann family has received honors and awards from local, regional and national media. Just this year, they were named to the “INC 5,000 Fastest Growing Business in the United States” by INC Magazine, for the third consecutive year…the ONLY SW Florida Company to have accomplished that achievement. 

 Emcee: Ursula Pfahl, Vice-President, Business Development at Bigham Jewelers  a native of Germany, began her career in higher education, as a college professor and university administrator. Her responsibilities included university relations, fundraising management, the university’s events and the supervision of the academic support services.The move to Naples provided the opportunity to transition from academia into business, most notably the fine jewelry retail business.For 15 years, Ursula was the VP Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Yamron Jewelers. Upon the sale of that company, Kathy Bigham offered Ursula a new opportunity with Bigham Jewelers.Ursula has happily served as Bigham Jewelers’ Vice-President of Business Development for the past five years.

  Jim Henderson,  President of Williams C Huff Companies originally from Maine, has owned William C. Huff Moving and Storage Company since 1985. William C. Huff has two locations:  Naples, Florida and Barrington, New Hampshire. They specialize in complete logistics support for high and ultra-high net worth home owners, builders, designers, architects and estate managers. With a wide range of services for local, national and international clients, the company also serves as an art shuttle, and specialized antique/heirloom handlers.
