We all know that acknowledging those who help us is important in all aspects of our lives, yet in the workplace we struggle with gratitude the most. For efforts heroic or small, our staff and coworkers deserve our sincere thanks. Clearly, we thank our clients – but how often do we examine how meaningful our gestures are? Marc Collins, Owner of Marc Collins Designs. Marc is a native of Athens, Alabama has lived in Ft. Myers for 22 years. Marc has had “Marc Collins Designs”, a residential and commercial interior design company for 24 years. The last 20 years Marc has focused on commercial hospitality design. Marc is very involved in numerous charitable organizations here in S. W. Florida, in raising both issue awareness and in fundraising for many organizations. Stephen Gray-Blancett, International Artist In addition to being an international known for his fine artist, Stephen Blancett is also the President of Pulse Technology Solutions based in Fort Myers. Stephen volunteers his free time to many local charities. He has been honored with a Red Ribbon Award from Positive Outreach Services and Southwest Florida’s Mary Award for Humanitarian of the Year. He served four years on the Board of Directors for the Island Coast AIDS Network (ICAN), and one year as President. For the past 18 years, Stephen has donated both his time and art to the annual Arts for ACT Gala and Fine Art Auction, benefiting Abuse Counseling and Treatment, Inc. (ACT). He recently served as the 2017 Chairperson for that event, which raised $225,000.00.
Gail Markham, CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE, CFP, founding partner of Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company Gail graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland College of Business and Management and is the founding partner of MNMW. She holds multiple certifications and accreditations supporting her extensive experience in litigation services, mediation, and forensic accounting, and has earned multiple national, state, and local awards and recognitions.
